
This class teaches the foundational techniques of kickboxing with a fat-burning, core driven routine. Punch and kick your way through this cardiovascular endurance workout using our stand-up punching bags (bring your gloves or borrow ours).

Designed to increase endurance and cardiovascular health using low-impact training on a stationary bike. The class encompasses sprints, hill climbs and interval training, followed with some structed core exercises, ensuring that all major abdominal muscles are targeted.

This class will focus on building lean muscle mass through a variety of strength training exercises. The class incorporates compound & functional exercises efficiently to hit every core part and a little more.

This class is held downstairs on the equipment floor. Become more familiar with our equipment and how to apply it to you. Have questions? This is wonderful time to pick the brains of our staff.

Group choreography where participants dance in rows, facing the same direction and perform a repeated sequence of steps at the same time adding your own flare. During this class, you get a breakdown step by step of the current and classic line dances.

Head to the gym for this interactive exercise class where your littles can experience the joy that comes from strength training with you! We ask that your child be of walking age and that you stay with your child throughout the whole class.

A dynamic combination of full-body strength training and HITT. This class uses functional body movements utilizing body weight, free weights, resistance bands, and more to increase lean muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance. Prepare to work hard and push yourself; your body will thank you!

This class will focus on reducing stress, increasing flexibility, improving balance, cardiovascular fitness, mental clarity, strength & range of motion. A chair is used as a stability tool option for those who need it. The class also uses balls, free weights, & stretch tubing.

Using barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, balls and your own body weight, as well as our spin bikes. This class moves fast so come ready to move and tone your body!

Focuses on the whole-body using barbells, dumbbells, body weight, TRX, cardio and strength equipment to outdoor obstacles, at times. This class is for all fitness levels. Step out of your comfort zone, while pushing your fitness goals to the next level.

 Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, the class is designed to meet you where you’re at, offering a balance of challenge and ease. We’ll explore movements that enhance joint mobility, flexibility, and overall body awareness, so you can feel more grounded, capable, and mobile in everyday life.
